My husband and myself have been visiting Arillas for several years staying in a local hotel. Having never visited Corfu our daughter wanted to holiday with us, her husband and two boys(13 & 3) and so we started to look at a villa holiday. (We had done a lot of villa holidays in Spain when our daughter and son were younger). I contacted Sara to enquire about Villa Theia. From the beginning Sara was extremely helpful and we booked the villa for one week at the end of May 2018. We had the most wonderful time in the most fabulous villa, which has got everything you could possibly want (and more) when on holiday. In my opinion the best villa we have stayed in. Villa Theia's location is superb situated in-between Arillas and Afionas with lovely views out to sea. A welcome pack of food and drinks was waiting for us when we arrived which was exceptional. The villa is immaculate both inside and out, extremely well equipped, lovely gardens and beautiful pool which we all loved. Sara kept me fully informed of the relevant information I needed on arrival. We met Jackie & Pete, who manage the villa, who were both so friendly and advised us to contact them if we had any problems. The only problem we had was leaving! We all had an absolutely fabulous week and all thoroughly enjoyed Villa Theia, Arillas and surrounding area. We also had a meal delivered by Dawn (details in the villa) which again was simply excellent. I am sure we will visit again and thank you Sara.

We have just got back from 9 fantastic nights at the beautiful Villa Theia. It surpassed all of our expectations, the breathtaking views, the homely feel of the villa, the thoughtful welcome pack and help from Jackie & Tony during our stay. Every detail had been thought of to make our stay as relaxing as it could be. Apart from the fantastic pool and weather, our highlights were having Dawn deliver restaurant food to enjoy with the best view and a roof top meal at the Horizon hotel in Arilles. A superb family holiday that we hope to repeat next year 5*

Just had a fantastic week in the Villa Theia with our family. The villa is very well appointed and has everything you could need. Every detail seems to have been thought of. The pool and views are perfect. Jackie was very helpful when we needed to know anything.

The view is fantastic with superb sunsets. The pool is perfect size. It is very well equipped - everything you need from BBQ to kitchen stuff. Hosts have prepared a very helpful description of what you can do, where to eat and etc. You can order local food direct to villa. Location is also good to reach several very good beaches and most of POI in that area.

We stayed in the villa for one week to celebrate my 60th birthday. It had always been on my bucket list and it certainly lived up to my expectations and more. Spotlessly clean, everything you could possibly need, views and sunsets to die for, communications from Sarah were timely and efficient. I would love to return here. I can recommend this villa 100%.

We have stayed in a lot of different villas over the years and this is definitely the best. We were really impressed by the clean, well organised accommodation and very generous welcome pack. The verandah has a very good range of seating and the large pool has comfy sun beds next to it. The view is stunning and the sunsets were phenomenal. The villa is set in a lovely area with plenty to do and see if you can tear yourself away from the pool! Lovely to be able to walk to the local taverna which had a good variety of dishes on the menu. There is a reasonably well stocked supermarket nearby to. All in all a perfect holiday.

Villa Theia is conveniently situated with wonderful views and sunsets across to the Diapontia islands. The resorts of Agios Georgios, Afionas, Arillas and San Stefanos all have a good selection of tavernas and are only a few minutes drive away. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A week at Villa Theia was the best holiday we have ever had.Views are incredible , changing all the time , especially at sunset, pool is very clean as are the terraces and whole villa , very good aircon and plenty of little extras like burners for the mozzies in every room.
I tried to not hire a car , but due to the steepness of the hills , had to give in , Arillas cars in Main Street were very good.
Villa is within walking distance of The Night Owl , which was very good , we went there twice, also used Dawn's delivery service , which was excellent , ( details are in villa )
We loved the beach , but spent a lot of time relaxing around the villa , more than we normally would , because it was just perfect ,

This visit was our fourth holiday at Theia and we found her just as lovely and enticing as the first time. We have reviewed Theia annually since 2013 and we still haven't the words to describe just how special a stay there is. Perhaps the best recommendation we can give is that we keep returning and will continue to do so. We travel as a family, grandparents, daughter and son-in-law and teenage grandchildren and each and everyone of us loves Theia. The villa, as always, was scrupulously clean when we arrived and we immediately felt at home. The view is literally breath-taking and we gave it a great deal of attention throughout the fortnight. Helena and Bill, who manage the property were extremely helpful and friendly. They responded to our one query quickly and happily. Arillas and neighbouring San Stefanos have excellent beaches and a good selection of restaurants. The bakery in Arillas sells the most beautiful bread.

Our week at Villa Theia this summer was exactly the holiday we wanted! A stunning location and sea view, fabulous & comfortable villa with great pool and very well equipped. The sunsets are gorgeous, so sitting on the veranda or being in the pool made evenings in very special.
Nearby Arillas beach is great - always sun beds available and plenty of good tavernas for lunch. The sea is crystal clear and we enjoyed hiring a pedalo one day.
Excellent communication with the Sara before the holiday and the couple who manage the villa are lovely and helpful, too.

We have just spent a very relaxing couple of weeks at Villa Theia and didn't want to leave! Being a lover of the evening sun, I was in my element! We took hundreds of photos of the sun setting as it changed every evening. The stunning view from the villa made it very difficult to go and explore the island but we managed to drag ourselves out! The layout of the villa is perfect and is spotlessly clean. The owner, Sara, was very helpful when booking the villa and sending us all the info we would need. Helena and Bill who now manage the villa are lovely people - very helpful and friendly. They leave you to enjoy your privacy but are only a text away should you need anything. We hired a boat one day from Arilias which was great fun - we managed to spot the villa from the sea. We enjoyed eating out most evenings at the local tavernas and also enjoyed delicious home cooked meals delivered to the villa from Dawn, a local Chef. We made good use of our hire car and explored the East Coast where the Durrells lived.

Our family of 4 adults & 2 children stayed at Villa Theia for 2 weeks during August 2017 and we had a simply fantastic holiday. The villa has everything you need and the outdoor space and pool are brilliant - lots of shade when you need it and the pool was a welcome refuge from the hot Corfu sun. The villa is cleaned twice weekly (a real treat!) with changes of towels & linen. Helena & Bill were very friendly and helpful & the available massage brilliant. The local taverna (The Night Owl) is great and well worth a visit. We hired a boat a couple of times and this was a real holiday highlight & we would highly recommend.
The photos show the sunsets but just don't do them justice - they were breathtakingly beautiful and made an already perfect villa a really special place. We tried to book for 2018 whilst we were there we loved it so much but were too slow off the mark - it was already fully booked! We'll definitely be back - a holiday to treasure

Villa Theia is stunning. Well located between Afionas, Arillas and Agios Stefanos which all have great restaurants and there is a small supermarket and fruit shop close by. The Villa is very private with breathtaking views to the west over the Diapontia Islands and of course, the sunsets were just beautiful. The villa is very established as a holiday rental and it was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable! Sara and Gary have thought of everything including Sky TV, Internet, a safe, laundry etc! The welcome pack was amazing and sustained us for the first 24 hours; fresh bread, milk, hams & cheeses, wine (thank you!), eggs, juice, water etc. The pool is a good size, long enough for a decent swim and shallow enough at one end for kids. The house is surrounded by a very pretty, mature garden and there is plenty of parking space. The 3 bedrooms comprise 1 double and 2 twins; our only observation is that the twin beds were not very comfortable for adults, but it does depend on what you are used to! If you want a private villa rental in NW Corfu, look no further - this is the ultimate private villa rental in Corfu!

This was our second stay at Villa Theia, and we are already planning our next one! Gary and Sarah are the perfect hosts and the villa was as beautifully presented and clean as the first time we stayed. The pool and view are very special, lots of seating areas outside to escape the heat with pots of geraniums and other plants making the outside space really attractive. We spent our mornings at the beach in Arillas and afternoons at the villa, all of us (three children aged 7, 11 and 14) could have happily stayed another week, so relaxing. Thank you for another wonderful holiday.

From the first contact with Sara and Gary, to book the Villa to the day that we left Villa Theia, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with, they did everything they possibly could to make our stay pleasurable, and it certainly was. The Villa had absolutely everything you could possible need, and more, TV, Wi-Fi, books, dvds, games, you name it they had it. The kitchen had everything you could possible need, and there was no feeling of, just make do with what you have, you had everything. There was more than adequate seating and sunbeds outside, around the pool, and also a large dining table, which we made great use of most evenings, along with the BBQ. We loved the Villa so much that we very rarely ate out. The views from the Villa were absolutely spectacular, no better way to spend the evening than having your evening meal and watching the sun go down from the terrace. Although a car is definitely needed for your stay, the drive to Arillas is only 10 minutes away, and the local supermarket was only 5 minutes way. If you wanted to go out, there were plenty of places to visit within a short drive. I loved Villa Theia and would struggle to find fault with anything, the only thing that might get to you is the mozzies, but if you go prepared, they should not be a problem.

My sister Christina searched through thousands of villas to find somewhere for us to have a family holiday for 6 adults, And l can say now she definitely found a villa l would say is one in a million, It was fitted out to a very high standard, The couple who let the villa were only a call away and nothing was to much, it has a fantastic outlook and plenty room, Well worth every euro.

Another amazing stay at this beautiful Villa. - this time with our son and daughter who both agreed it's totally sublime. Sara, Gary and Chloe deserve to be congratulated on the standard of their property & its position is to die for. It's should be on everyone's bucket list, although we'd really like to keep it for ourselves! Both Arillas & Afionas are serene laid back places , not too touristy or pretentious - just the way we like it , where there are lots of really good places to eat and at a reasonable price..What more could you want?

“The whole area has endlessly good views but it was hard not to conclude the best view is back at Villa Theia” Its hard to drag yourself away from the simply wonderful setting at this villa overlooking the bay of Arillas on the north west of Corfu – we stayed for 11 nights and hardly left the property. The villa has lovely spacious outside seating with a large pool overlooking the grand view of the sea and mini islands with ever changing sunset skies. We did eat out virtually every night – Vinceremo on the seafront in Arillas being the favourite. There is a good choice of sea swimming at Arillas beach (although the beach is quite narrow but has lovely shallow waters), Agios Giorgios beach (attractive bay but water a little cold) and Agios Stephanos (nice bay, shallow waters - the best). However every time we went out, it was hard not to conclude the best view is back at Villa Theia.

We stayed at Villa Theia for a week at the end of June for our honeymoon. This really is a magical spot, the view from the villa, balcony and pool is simply stunning.  Sara and Gary lavish love onto the villa which, along with their attention to detail, really sets the accommodation into a different class.
We found 2 beaches within a very short car journey, both with tavernas and shops but they retained a lovely relaxed, family friendly feel.
The night owl taverna is within very easy walking distance and will also deliver. We also used Dawn's deliveries for a three course meal, both of which we'd recommend. We would often have dinner delivered and sit outside and the watch the beautiful sunsets.
It didn't take us long to completely relax and unwind. Even our 8 month old daughter slept through the night for the first time ever. Now home, she's returned to her usual tricks so it seems we will have to relocate to Corfu....

If you are looking for a laid back and relaxing vacation Villa Theia is a great bet. The villa has perhaps the best view of the sunset in the area and a superior pool. The house is comfortable and well equipped. One more big plus - modern plumbing!  Arillas is a cozy community with an excellent beach. Local shops have everything you might need, most notably an excellent fruit and veg store. Your hosts, Sara and Gary, are accommodating, understanding, experienced and truly lovely people. 

We have just returned from our third visit to Villa Theia, and the magic does not diminish. The space and privacy the villa provides makes is an ideal place for a three generation family to relax. Even hard to please teenagers turn into contented happy people. The view towards the sea is stunning and photographs, although fabulous, can not show the true beauty of the villa's position. It has to be seen to be believed. Villa Theia is beautifully designed, tastefully furnished and immaculately maintained. From the minute you arrive you feel at home. A five minute drives brings you to the quiet resort of Arillas, where there are excellent restaurants and a good beach. Further afield (ten minutes drive) is the beautiful beach of San Stefanos . Sara and Gary, who live nearby, could not be more friendly or helpful – nothing is too much trouble. They set a very high standard, and from our experience, this is the best equipped and maintained villa we have ever stayed in. To prove our words we have booked again for 2016.

Villa Thea is a very comfortable, spacious villa that has been finished to a high standard. It is very well equipped, with a wonderful pool and is in the nice, quiet, rural location of Afionas. But the star of the show is the incredible view. It really is stunning and literally took our breath away! The Welcome Pack waiting for us was very generous and included some lovely treats in addition to the usual basics that most places provide. Sara, Gary and Chloe were very quick to respond when contacted and also happy to help with recommendations. We found some excellent tavernas nearby including The Night Owl in Afionas and also Brouklis in Arillas. When we could tear ourselves away from the pool, we visited Agios Stephanos (on Gary's recommendation) and thought it was a beautiful long sandy beach where the sea was wonderfully warm and perfectly shallow. We also visited the incredible Corfu Town a couple of times (we loved it!) and can highly recommend a trip to the ghost town of Old Perithia. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Thea and had the relaxing holiday we were hoping for.

Having arrived at Villa Theia we felt relaxed straight away. Very well equipped and everything you would need and lovely and clean. Amazing views with beautiful sunsets and our girls 13/15 enjoyed the late night swims in the lit pool as we enjoyed watching the sun go down. Local mini market was about a 2 minute drive away with all you would need to get by. We had a lovely welcome pack with bread, ham, fruit plus some wine beer and soft drinks which was really appreciated. A short drive away from the villa there where some great Tavernas all serving good food and excellent service. We also ordered a takeaway by text from Dawns which was delivered which we all really enjoyed. Although the surrounding areas were great we enjoyed lazy days sat by the pool admiring the views. Late evening the villa had Sky TV numerous DVDs and good books to read. A big thank you to Sara Chloe and Gary for being great hosts and keeping the villa clean and looked after. We did appreciate all the daily necessities provided like washing powder, dish washer tablets, washing up liquid. We hope to be back soon. Thank you very much.

As soon as we arrived we knew that our stay in the villa would be a good one. First of all, the location is perfect with a view you only dream about. Secondly the house is well furnished - more like a home than a holiday rental - and it has everything needed for a good holiday. Thirdly, stepping outside the swimming pool is absolutely perfect with a lovely surrounding area to lounge about and plenty of garden area for playing games too. Fourthly, it's in a quiet location but close to beaches, tavernas and supermarkets too. Spoil yourself like we did by ordering in locally prepared food for dinner, very reasonable prices for great food. Finally, the owners Sara and Gary are friendly, helpful, so thoughtful and generous. They live close by but keep a low profile. All in all we had a splendid holiday. Villa Theia was perfect for the total unwind we needed.

"Villa Theia has that happy cared-about feel that you don't often find in rented houses. If you want peace, tranquility, bird life, fabulous views and sunsets, this house with its pretty garden in a delightful rural area of Corfu is for you. If you want glorious beaches and fresh fish, they're just down the road. Lovely walks too and for really lazy people like us, books aplenty are provided to borrow during one's stay. Nothing is too much trouble for Sarah, Gary and Chloe who have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The house is spotlessly clean. We had the most blissful week there and I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you Davies one and all."

When looking for a place to stay in Corfu, Villa Theia immediately stood out to us, for it's combination of reputation and location is nothing short of excellent. The beautiful sunset pictures of the pool/lounger area sealed the deal. We experienced these picturesque sunsets whilst drinking a glass of wine during most evenings out there! Sara and Gary (the owners) were very welcoming and friendly. From the time we booked they were helpful, thoughtful and welcomed any questions/requests that we had. There was a real sense of security as they made it clear that if there was a problem, we could easily contact them and have it rectified as they live just 5 minutes away. Everything provided in the Villa was great, including the welcome pack (which lasted us the week!). Even though the Villa is out of the way, there are stacks of beaches, tavernas and the usual amenities just 5-10 minutes drive away in every direction, not to mention The Night Owl, a fantastic taverna down the road (10 minute walk)! Talking about food, be sure to try Dawns deliveries - Home cooked food for you to eat whilst watching the sun go down - We had the albondigas (meatballs), they were amazing! All in all, this was the perfect villa in which to spend the entire day/evening lazing by/in the pool, or retire to after a day of exploring.

"This was our second visit to Villa Theia and it will not be our last. The villa itself is everything you could wish for. Nicely situated, clean and tidy with all mod cons necessary to make your stay a "home from home experience" . The owners, Sara, Gary and Chloe their daughter do everything in their power to make your stay special. My wife and I now consider them friends rather than business acquaintances. You will find it hard to better the views and sunsets that you will find here at the Villa. It's just so nice, it's hard to drag ones self back home. We're actually planning a months stay next year just to allow ourselves a bit pampering. I unreservedly recommend Villa Theia, you will not be disappointed.

"There aren't enough adjectives to describe this superlative Villa. It's a dream of a place which treats you to fabulous sunsets every night in the valley below the perfectly placed infinity pool. It's simply the BEST Villa we've stayed in, and luckily for us the second time, having stayed last year too (2013). It contains 3 double bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor, 2 bathrooms, (1 en suite to the master double room), huge beautiful kitchen, dining , living room with vaulted ceiling, & a log burner plus of course that fab view directly of the pool, wooded valley, sea & little islands beyond. It's well placed for walks to Afionas Village - totally unspoilt, atop a hill with beautiful views of both Ag.Georgios and Arillas beaches. Take your walking shoes and DO the walk down to the Afionas Beach/Isthmus - scary but worth the effort! NB within walking distance of the Villa there is a lovely local authentic Greek Taverna called "Night Owl" where you will NOT be disappointed with their freshly cooked food., thanks to owners Linda & Nikos plus family. There are a plethora of small beaches within a short driving distance - so spoilt for choice. In fact we as a group of 4 adults preferred Arillas Beach , so unpretentious, quiet and serene, yet with plenty of bars, tavernas , small supermarket. It has that indefinable feel. The villa is kept spotless and had everything we needed and I know that the owners : Sara, Gary, and daughter Chloe couldn't be more helpful and friendly, providing a lovely welcome pack on our arrival. We hope to be back. That says it all. Go there !!

From the moment we walked into Villa Theia until we the day we left, we truly felt as if we were at home. Everything is well organized and managed. The villa itself is much nicer in real life than the pictures. The pool is fabulous. The views are stunning. And nearby is the best beach in Corfu for families, Arillas. Our hosts could not have been more gracious, friendly and attentive. The area has a terrific fruit and veg store for those interested in cooking. And the plumbing is English! We've stayed at other villas in the area and they do not compare. I believe that the main difference is that Villa Theia was built by the owners for themselves and they lived in it for years before building another Villa nearby, where they currently reside. So, all the little touches are there. Whatever you need, it's already provided. All in all, a terrific experience. Our family will definitely return. I could not recommend it more highly.

Having been to Corfu 3 or 4 times before we were very pleased to stay at your villa on this trip. The villa was just perfect , everything we could want and more. The pool was beautiful and the view marvellous. Our two grandchildren could not wait to have a swim and we were not far behind. It was very nice to be welcomed personally by Sara and Gary who could not have been more helpful with their local knowledge regarding the best restaurants and beaches to visit. We would certainly recommend the villa and hope to visit again in the future.

We spent a marvellous 10 days staying at the Villa Theia with our three children (aged 5, 9 and 12) and recommend it without reservation. Gary and Sara made us feel very welcome and were able to give us lots of helpful advice about local beaches and tavernas to visit etc. Their attention to detail in terms of the very high standard of comfort of the villa, and their thoughtfulness, for example lots of great childrens toys and paperbacks etc, were second to none. The villa was immaculately clean and beautifully presented, and the pool and view exceeded all our expectations. The extremely generous welcome pack (including wine, fresh juice, lemonade, cold meat and cheese) meant we didn't have to head straight for the shops on arrival, much appreciated. Instead we headed for the pool, which is large and surrounded by comfy sun loungers as well as a shady terrace. We particularly liked that there were umbrellas and tables and chairs in several areas around the pool, meaning you could find shade at any time of day. Very sad to leave, had to prise the children out of the pool (where they had spent much of their holiday) and hope to return soon. The view from the terrace and pool must be one of the finest in Corfu!

Despite arriving in the dark, from the moment we drove down the (somewhat steep but quite safe) drive, we knew the villa theia exceeded our expectations! Offering spacious accommodation with plenty of room for our family, all three generations, to live happily for a week without stress it was somewhat difficult to leave on a daily basis to explore Corfu! And returning to the haven of private veranda, beautiful pool, extended views across the sea and all the mod cons needed to make a relaxing holiday was bliss! Eating al fresco was made easy with great barbie equipment and well positioned seating. Inside Sara & Gary have thought of everything, including a cupboard full of games alongside dvds if you have the time or inclination in such a beautiful setting to watch tele. And the welcome pack was so good with cold beer to enjoy on patio before bed on first night and yummy bread & cheese with local olive oil for breakfast. They also have a contact for takeaways, very useful after a hard day at the beech. Locally we enjoyed walking down to the beach at Arrillas although back up tested our legs. The villa is positioned brilliantly for visits to other fantastic beaches such as St stephanos but a car is necessary really for this and further trips. Eating out was good with choices in Arrillas out we loved the local taverna, the Night Owl, run by Linda and Nick who welcomed us all especially our grandson. At the end of the week we all wanted to stay and we are sure our 4 year old grandson will not forget this holiday especially as on the last night his parents announced their engagement!

We have stayed in many villas over the years and this rates as the best. The view, as everyone else says, is amazing and we could have spent the whole week just gazing at it. The villa is spotless,very well equipped, comfortable and well designed. The welcome pack was much appreciated as were the fresh towels etc. provided mid week. Gary and Sara gave us a warm welcome and were most helpful and friendly without being intrusive. We had a lovely holiday in Villa Theia and fully intend to return.

My wife and I, and two close friends arrived at the villa for a fortnights holiday and were highly impressed as soon as we seen it in the flesh, so to speak. The views took our breath away and the sunsets are to die for. Sara and Gary arrived shortly afterwards to see if we had arrived ok and if we had everything we needed. Really nice people who looked after us and were first class hosts. The villa was cleaned and linen changed twice weekly. It was spotlessly clean and every possible effort had been made to ensure a "home from home" experience.
The local Taverna " The Night owl" is only a few minutes away and is perfectly Greek with great food and nice owners.
We all loved the pool for a dip when the sun was at its apex and was well received by all.
We have had a most memorable holiday at "Villa Theia" and we will return for more of the same.

Superlative Villa with unbelievable views, especially the sunsets over the little islands - a totally serene place. As others have said - the photos don't do it justice. You HAVE to visit this Villa !! The owners : Sara, Gary & Chloe were lovely, very welcoming and very attentive. Afionas/Arillas is the best part of North West Corfu. Not so touristy - we want to keep it for ourselves !! IF you can tear yourself away from this fab villa / infinity pool - take a walk up the road to the local Taverna :- *Brown Owl* - great place with shade, whose excellent / friendly hosts Nicos & Family make the best chicken souvlaki ever !! Both this bar and Villa Theia made our holiday the best. Definitely recommended ! Thanks a lot.

As per the other reviews this is a wonderful villa with stunning views. We have stayed Best of James Villas in the past but Villa Theia makes them now look pretty average. The villa has everything you need for a family holiday, even Lego to keep the kids occupied during the midday sun! It is quiet round about but with good local Tavernas, bakeries and beaches, indeed the local beaches are amongst the best on the island for children. Can't recommend it highly enough.

I've reviewed this twice before and now we've been for a third time. It's so unlike us to go back to the same place but when we stay elsewhere we say "this is nice but it's just not Theia". We know what we will get and that's a seriously beautiful location, a Villa that has been tastefully built and furnished by Gary and Sara with loads of complimentary goods provided and fantastic beaches /Tavernas nearby. It all starts with Gary and Sara who now live out there and manage it personally. They are an extremely likeable and generous spirited couple who we consider friends just through our renting of the Villa. It is obvious that they keenly want you to have a fantastic stay and they go out of their way to provide all the nice touches that make you feel this is your holiday home from home. You'll need to book early as it is always booked up. We couldn't get a space last year so booked for the year after ie 2 years ahead. Will always have a soft spot for our family times in Villa Theia made so enjoyable by Gary and Sara and am sure you will too. 

We stayed here in June 2013 and had a wonderful time. The villa is beautifully decorated throughout with so many little touches for example napkins and candles on the outside table! The views are stunning and the sunsets unforgetable. It is situated in a very peaceful location and just feels so tranquil and quiet. It is about a 15 minute walk to nearest villages which when you're not rushing is a nice stroll - although be warned you do have to walk uphill going back. We would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return in the not too distant future. The owners Sara and Gary were lovely and made you feel nothing was any trouble should you need them. 

Villa Theia is simply beautiful, perfect in design and position and furnished with the care and attention of a much-loved home. From the moment we entered the front door all three generations of my family fell in love with it, and that was before we saw the view from the pool! The sunsets are amazing, flooding the villa with fabulous light. Six cameras were clicking away every night! The pool is large and inviting, and the surrounding patio and gardens beautifully planted. A short drive away from excellent restaurants and brilliant beaches the villa has something for everyone. We have stayed in different villas for the past ten years and Villa Theia is by far the most beautiful, comfortable and downright wonderful - we're going back in 2014. Thanks to Sara, Gary and Chloe who couldn't do enough for us. 

We have just come back from our first holiday in Corfu and really enjoyed staying in this Villa. We were a family of 5, with kids of 4, 6 and 18 and found the Villa suited us perfectly. The air-con was amazingly efficient, and the Villa had great DVD (Blu-ray) and surround-sound TV, so the kids were able to cool down during the hot part of the day inside. The pool was excellent and Sara very helpfully provided lots of added extras we were not used to finding in villas, e.g. buckets and spades, pool toys, washing powder. The cleaning service mid-week was great and the Villa was ideally placed for the local amenities, restaurants and the beautiful evening sunsets. A fantastic Villa, great hosts in Sara and Gary - we had reserved for next year on approx day 3 of our holiday! 

A wonderful setting for the most relaxing holiday we have ever had.

We have just returned home from 2 weeks at Villa Theia and wish we didn't have to come home. The beautiful home from home is set back in the hills of Afionas and affords you a breath taking view every time you step out onto the veranda. The location is ideal as you are able to maintain privacy as well as be a short drive from the beach, shops and restaurants. Eating in will be minimal as there is so much good food to be had in Afionas and Arillas, we found the views, food and hospitality in the "Panorama" spectacular. Please consider staying at Villa Theia because you will find all of your subsequent holidays measurable to your stay here. Regardless of your age and family setup there is something for you here. We hope to stay here again and thank Gary,Sara,Penny and Bob for providing us with our best holiday to date. 

Villa Theia is just perfect. We have just returned from a two holiday, it was home from home. Superb views and Sun Sets, peaceful surroundings and wonderful people.

The pool was to die for and every part of the villa was maintained to a very high standand, and we would recommend Villa Theia to everybody, and we will definatley returnin the future. Our batteries are charged ready for the winter. 

We had a lovley holiday at Villa Theia. This villa is perfect for everyone couples and families alike.We arrived late at night so did not see the view till moring, we opened the master bedroom patio doors and all we could do is stand there speechless, the view was breathtaking, literally!

The villa has everything you could need, home from home and more including complimentary provisions more than enough for a hearty breakfast.We found that its was not very far to the lovely beaches all of which have thier own character, I could not decide which was my favourite so go and see them all. its worth a visit to Paleokrtista and Pantokrator. We had lazy days round the big pool, absoltue heaven having a pool all to yourself. From the patio we watched the sunrise everynight and made sure we were back at the villa each night so not to miss it.The meals made and delivered to the villa by Dawn were lovely especially the BBQ ribs yum. Penny looked after us and made sure we have clean towels and sheets etc. Lovely lady. We also met the owners Sara and Gary and there daughter, what nice people, they ensured we were ok and were at the end of the phone if we ever needed them and were very helpful but not intrusive.You do not need to look further for a perfect place to stay. Myself and Giuseppe my partner will certainly be returning to this place in the sun hopefully with our families as I would like them to experience this fantastic villa and setting. WOW!
