Everything was exceptional. As described and more. 5 stars 🌟 Very well equipped villa, an incredible location with amazing sunsets. The perfect get away with family. We had two young children in tow and managed to walk to different beaches with them too. Amazing communication from the owners. We can’t wait to visit again.

Great modern villa with lots of space, well equipped, comfy beds & fab pool with a stunning view. Local supermarket had great butchers section. Roads a bit rustic in places – all adds to the charm. Helpful local support for check-in/out and advice when needed. Would love to return!

The views and sunsets were absolutely amazing. The villa is extremely well furnished and comfortable, both inside and outside. Drinking water was a real unexpected bonus too. The swallows nesting under the eaves and feeding their young were compulsive viewing. Karen was a superstar – so helpful and responsive if we needed anything. We had a wonderful holiday and highly recommend this stunning villa. It is very well appointed, in a beautiful location with lovely beaches and tavernas nearby, and a fabulous pool and garden for relaxing, taking in the wonderful views and watching the birds.

Villa Theia is conveniently situated with wonderful views and sunsets across to the Diapontia islands. The resorts of Agios Georgios, Afionas, Arillas and San Stefanos all have a good selection of tavernas and are only a few minutes drive away. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We stayed in the villa for one week to celebrate my 60th birthday. It had always been on my bucket list and it certainly lived up to my expectations and more. Spotlessly clean, everything you could possibly need, views and sunsets to die for, communications from Sarah were timely and efficient. I would love to return here. I can recommend this villa 100%.
