The open plan ground floor has a traditional fireplace with a woodburning stove, large sliding patio doors to make the most of the view and a high vaulted traditional ceiling for a bright, open, spacious feel.

The living area has comfortable sofas, coffee table, a flat screen TV with Netflix, excellent WIFI and a bookcase with a selection of books. Family games are provided.

The modern kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and touch hob and is very well equipped including a microwave/grill, juicer, sandwich press and coffee machine with timer – wake up to fresh coffee. Ample crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a cool bag to take with you shopping or to the beach are all provided. There’s plenty of storage and worktop space and even a selection of Greek receipe books! The dining area is simply furnished for when you choose to eat indoors.

Downstairs one bedroom has 2 single beds, whilst the other has a king-size bed (160cm), patio doors leading out to the pool, and a sea view. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom is modern with a walk-in shower.

From the hallway, a marble staircase leads upstairs to the master bedroom with a king-size bed (160cm), fitted wardrobes and it’s own private furnished balcony with sea and sunset views. Next door is the second bathroom which has a full size bath and overhead shower.

All bedrooms have air-conditioning units [which also provide heating], mosquito nets, shutters and hair dryers. All the beds have comfortable pocket sprung mattresses for comfort.

The washing machine is located under the stairs, accessed from outside.

From the living area step outside onto the full length verandah which is comfortably furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation. It provides much welcome shade [for most of the day] when the days are so hot. Relax on the verandah to read or simply gaze at the magnificent view and watch the birds of prey.
A couple of steps lead down to the large 10m X 5m swimming pool with plenty of terrace space for the sun loungers, parasols and an additional table and chairs to enable you to enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun.
In the evenings, depending on the sunset, the villa is often bathed in a golden or pink light as the sun goes down. A truly, unforgettable experience.

The gardens and lawns are well maintained and planted with shrubs, flowers and fruit trees, Traditional Greeks pots have been planted with colourful, sun loving plants. There is also a large traditional barbecue and car parking space.

A generous welcome pack is provided on your arrival. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. There is a security safe for your personal belongings. The English couple who manage the villa are available to contact 7 days a week and a 24hr emergency number is provided.

Meal delivery service. Set meals freshly cooked by a qualified chef using local ingredients can be delivered free to the villa.

Villa Theia is fully licenced and approved with the Greek Tourist Organisation [EOT] under the registration number 1108847. This is a legal requirement in Greece which ensures that properties reach high standards and comply with Health and Safety regulations to protect guests.
