A deposit of 20% of the total cost is required to reserve the villa for your chosen dates and the remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday arrival date.

If booking a late holiday, payment in full is required as soon as possible.

The villa will be available after 2:00pm and check out time is 10:00am

Smokers are welcome but STRICLY NO SMOKING inside the villa. Ashtrays are provided to use outside.

Villa Theia is fully licensed and approved with the Greek Tourist Organisation.

• Air conditioning
• A generous welcome pack upon your arrival.
• Travel cot / highchair / monitors available upon request.
• Towels are changed twice a week. Beach towels once a week.
• Everyday essentials are provided e.g toilet rolls, washing up liquid, foil, cling film, dishwasher tablets, dish cloths, washing powder, fabric softener etc, etc
• An English couple who manage the villa are available to contact at any time of day .
• WiFi/NETFLIX
• Please note that if you require a mid week change of bed linen a charge of 20 euros per person will be required and if you require a mid week clean, 50 euros will be required. Both payable at the time of booking. If booking a 2 week stay there will be no charge for a change of bed linen and clean half way through your holiday.
